TERMS AND CONDITIONS

All items are hand finished (with the exception of the baby t-shirts), therefore we keep a limited stock with most items being made to order. If items are in stock we aim to complete your order within 10 to 14 days.

If the order cannot be completed within 10 to 14 days or by a time specified by you, we will contact you and let you know.

Payment can be made via the PayPal shopping cart, although if you prefer you may email your order to us at orders@phatsheep.co.uk and send a cheque to this address

If you change your mind about your order you have 7 days from the date of receipt of your order to cancel, to do this please e-mail or write to us. Once you have received your order if you are not happy with your PhatSheep item in any way then send it back to us within 28 days of purchase and we will refund your payment without question as long as the item(s) have not been worn or damaged.

Shipping charges on returned goods are at the customer's expense and we recommend registered post as we will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Postage will be refunded only if goods are faulty or an error has been made on our part.

If you would like to send a PhatSheep product to somebody as a gift we are happy to send items to a different address, but we will still need your address so we can send you the payment receipt.

If you would like personal message included with your gift please let us know at time of ordering.

All Postage costs and product prices are valid until April 2008.
